SoftPOS24 is where merchants come to find a payment provider. This page explains how you become visible here — and what makes a listing on this site worth something in the first place.

Why a listing here is worth something
Three things are not for sale, and that is the point. A ranking that can be bought is not a ranking, and a comparison nobody trusts is not worth being listed in.
- Position in the ranking. It follows only from the formula published openly on our methodology page. This is also a legal requirement: § 5b (2) of the German Act Against Unfair Competition obliges comparison platforms to disclose their main ranking parameters and whether payment influences them.
- Removal of a competitor. The comparison is only useful while it is complete.
- Deletion of correct, documented figures. Wrong figures we correct immediately and free of charge. Documented figures you would rather not see stay where they are.
Report a data correction
Is a fee, a market or a certification wrong on your profile? Send us the correct figure with a publicly reachable source. We usually update within two working days and note the change date on the profile. This costs nothing and requires nothing in return.
